Care & Maintenance
PRODUCT MAINTENANCE/CARE GUIDE
We have devised the following tips for maintenance and care of your products. Some of the materials may require extra attention. If you have any questions about caring for a specific item please call our customer service team at 833-482-6828.
ACRYLIC TUBS
● Acrylic tubs feature non-porous surfaces and thus are simple to clean. Standard maintenance only requires a non-abrasive soap such as Joy®, Palmolive® or Ivory® and a soft sponge/cloth.
● Should a stronger material become necessary due to a mishap, you can use any of these items: Fantastic®, Formula 409®, Top Job®, Tackle®, ScrubFree®, Windex®, Clorox Bleach®, Calgon Bathe®, Spiffits® Bath, Spic & Span Powder® and Glass Plus®.
● You should NOT clean your acrylic tub with Paint Thinner, Goof OFF®, Scrubbing Bubbles®, Acetone, Lacquer Thinner, M.E.K.® or similar chemicals known to structurally damage acrylic.
● These products will destroy the surface of the tub and the result can’t be undone.
● Additionally, this will void the tub’s warranty.
● Scratches and dulling in acrylic tubs can be easily repaired. We advise purchase of a liquid polisher such as Gel-Gloss® or something comparable.
● A very fine sandpaper (at least 600 grit) can remove deep scratches or burns; liquid polish can then be used as a finish.
CAST IRON TUBS
● A mild, non-abrasive cleanser is recommended to keep your tub in top form.
● You should dry the porcelain interior with a towel following each use.
● More difficult cleaning might require non-abrasive cleansers such as Bon Ami® or Zud®; these are good to treat simple rust stains, hard water deposits and soap scum.
PETRIFIED WOOD, BAMBOO, TEAK AND MAHOGANY
● Your sink has been sealed with a wood sealant.
● When water does not bead-up or sit on the finish we recommend you reseal your sink.
● For drain installation it is extremely important it is installed perfectly flush and level and no water remains in the sink after use. Water on wood contact is not wanted.
● Add a thin layer of clear silicone in the drain area and allow it to dry overnight before installing. This will add one more layer of protection.
● For maintaining bamboo shower panels please keep the bathroom dry and ventilated.
● Don't use sharp, heavy objects to impact/touch the surface of the panels.
● Clean with a soft damp cloth and wipe dry immediately to eliminate water spots or soap build-up as well as not breed bacteria.
● DO NOT use any abrasive or corrosive cleaning materials or cleaning pads.

● Wipe dry with a clean soft cloth after each use.
● Wash the copper sink with mild soap and water. Dry with a clean, soft cloth.
● Apply a copper wax onto the surface every 15-20 days to maintain the original finish.
● Avoid putting hot pans, rubber mats or sponges in the sink. It may cause discoloration.
● Do not use copper or silver cleaners or any abrasive or harsh chemicals such as acid, bleach, etc.
● If your home is located in a hard water area, the copper product must be dried after each use to prevent deposit buildup.
● For protection a light coat of wax should be applied monthly.

RESIN
● Resin’s non-porous surface naturally resists stains, scratches and discoloration.
● Wash the resin sink or tub with mild soap and water. Dry with a clean soft cloth.
● If a minor scratch should occur, rinse the dirt from the surface with clean water and rub in a small circular motion using #800 grit sandpaper until the scratch is gone.
● Follow-up with a #1200 sandpaper to smooth the area.
● Dry with a clean soft cloth and finish by polishing with automobile polish.
● How to remove a stain from a matte resin tub: Diluted Bleach (75 percent) and 25 percent water concentration should work. Please use a foam pad to clean the entire effected surface in a circular motion. Rinse thoroughly once complete.
● Should staining remain even after the above is complete use a Cream Cleanser (Soft Scrub) with 50 percent water concentration. Apply slight pressure using a foam pad and use small circles in the stained area. Then, "feather" gradually outward to larger circles and back smaller circles until the stain is gone.
● After the stain is adequately removed clean the entire surface of the affected area with a foam pad, along with a cream cleanser concentration. This should also be in a circular motion with only slight pressure applied. Rinse thoroughly thereafter.
