On August 8th you ordered our wire grid with the center drain hole. You received the product you ordered. You called on August 14th stating the drain hole was in the center, which is exactly what you ordered. On August 28th we shipped you the grid that you originally meant to order, we even waived the re-stocking fee. So we do not know why you are stating we shipped the incorrect item. We shipped what you ordered.
